FS#159 - Using user-repos.conf and editing pacman-default.conf results in double entry.

I use Manjaro Tools to both do ISO and build packages.
Both needs dependencies from my custom repository.

Buildiso uses the user-repos.conf file to add the repo to the ISO‘s pacman.conf file. This is great and easy to use.
Buildpkg only uses the pacman-default.conf and pacman-multilib.conf, as far as I know, so I have to edit these files to include my repository.

This, however, results in when I build an ISO, the pacman.conf in the ISO has 2 entries for the same repository, which generates an “error: Database already registered” message whenever the CLI is used for updating and installing.

Is there any way I can get both buildiso and buildpkg to use my repo, without getting that double entry in my ISO‘s pacman.conf?
