FS#155 - xfce4-panel crashes because of a unicode character (cairo-scaled-font.c)

Description

As soon as a particular Unicode appears in a window title (0x2AFD), xfce4-panel crashes:

cake@66 :: ~ ยป xfce4-panel
(wrapper-2.0:7006): Gtk-WARNING **: Negative content width -13 (allocation 1, extents 7x7) while allocating gadget (node button, owner GtkButton)
(wrapper-2.0:7008): Gtk-WARNING **: gtk_widget_size_allocate(): attempt to allocate widget with width -1 and height 22

this is where I focus the tab with the unicode character

xfce4-panel: cairo-scaled-font.c:459: _cairo_scaled_glyph_page_destroy: Assertion `!scaled_font->cache_frozen' failed.
[1]    7002 abort (core dumped)  xfce4-panel

Steps to reproduce

Open Firefox, open the following URL, and focus it:

https://unicode-table.com/en/2AFD/

Or do it the way you want, just make sure the window title contains Unicode character 0x2AFD.
By the way, I don’t know if it is the only one causing this problem.
